We will prepare and enjoy some of the specialties of the Dia de los Muertos celebration.
We will explain the process of corn nixtamalization, and you will help produce the hominy and garnishes for the pozole. We will roll and steam tamales, and decorate sugar cookies to enjoy with hot chocolate for dessert.
